Jaime Bernhardt is a budding author and amateur photographer living near Medford, Oregon. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Shepherd University in West Virginia. As an English major, she naturally started her career as a high school English teacher. She then began her career at the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) where she worked as an Education Project Manager for over 20 years on projects like My HealtheVet and Virtual Medical Center (VMC).
Jaime is currently enjoying early retirement, and is honored to be caring for her parents and family.
She started writing and creating fictional and nonfictional works over 25 years ago. The following are a few selected articles, short stories, and blogs she has written and gotten published over the past decade:
